On July 1, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. Public Consultation of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report was organized by the Ministry of Environment Protection and Agriculture of Georgia at Poti Public School No. 11 (Black Sea Street N6) in Poti, within the project "Construction and operation of a new deep-water multifunctional port". The consultation meeting was attended by representatives of JSC “Poti Seaport Corporation”, Ministry of Environment Protection and Agriculture of Georgia, non-governmental organizations, Poti Free Industrial Zone, Poti Municipality and local residents. Irakli Kaviladze, Head of the Environmental Consulting Company - “Eco-Spectri” Ltd, presented the environmental impact report, answered the questions and listened to the opinions expressed about the Project by the attendees.
