Methodology and techniques of modeling harmful substances emissions

The modeling of harmful substances emission is provided with German CadnaA software. CadnaA (Computer Aided Noise Abatement) is the state of art efficient software for calculation, presentation, assessment and prediction of the harmful substances’ emission. The software has more than 30 standards and guidelines, powerful calculation algorithms, extensive object processing tools, outstanding 3D visualization. It is totally compatible with other Windows applications, such as Word processors, table calculation software and CAD and GIS database.
CadnaA-APL provides the calculations of air emissions in line with the requirements of the European Guidelines 1999/30/EC and 2000/69/EG. CadnaA-APL modeling is based on AUSTAL2000 software developed by the German Environment Agency.
Standards used for modeling the harmful substances emissions/propagation:

  • Emissions from vehicles and of industrial and other pollutants - MLus-92 (Merkblatt über Luftverunreinigungen an Straßen), Ausgabe 1992 (geänderte Fassung 1996), Hrsg.: Forschungsgesellschaft für Straßen- und Verkehrswesen e.V., Köln.
In order to obtain efficient modeling results of pollutants emission, the Company provides certain research work to gain the modeling information.
