How is ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management Systems implemented?

alt

Two main stages have been developed for implementation:
  • Review of company documentation with experts;
  • Bringing documentation into line with international standard requirements.

At the first stage, our experts will conduct a GAP Analysis, collect and verify all existing documentation, analyze current company operations, and determine the extent to which the existing systems comply with the requirements of the international standard. Additionally, a food safety policy will be developed, measures will be planned to address risks and opportunities, and the needs and expectations of stakeholders will be determined.
The next stage involves developing a plan in accordance with which the goals and objectives of the food safety management system, hazard control, and analysis are defined. This includes the development, implementation, and maintenance of appropriate processes, procedures, and instructions to bring documentation into line with international standards.
